Casa Finamore

Surrounded by ancient olive trees, this exclusive holiday home is located on the hills above Monopoli with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. Casa Finamore consists of an old, carefully renovated trullo and a modern villa built in 2022. The ensemble is the result of careful restructuring. State-of-the-art heating technology, a biologically powered cistern and a PV system have been carefully integrated.

The elegant living room with its large white sofa, designer lighting and smart TV is a modern space that preserves the traditional features of the building and allows you to relax in style in front of the cosy fireplace. The dining room seats 10 people at the beautiful dining table in the centre of the room, with a beautiful view of the gardens and the Adriatic Sea. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped kitchen, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor areas through a counter with an additional outdoor dining table.
In the main house, there are four spacious bedrooms with king-size beds that have private access to the lush outdoor gardens. Each bedroom offers an elegant en-suite bathroom with a spacious shower and many other amenities such as Smart TV, air conditioning and heating. All rooms have their own terrace with views of the private forest, the fields surrounding the property and the blue Adriatic Sea.

An old, yet lavishly restored trullo completes the ensemble. A trullo is an old farmhouse typical of the Itria Valley. There is a room under each roof cone. The restoration of a trullo is costly and may only be carried out by certified, experienced craftsmen and stonemasons. Today, each trullo is protected as a United Nations (UNESCO) World Heritage Site.

The property is harmoniously embedded in the lush Mediterranean garden. Centuries-old olive trees and a private forest are the perfect places to meditate and relax. The gardens are full of aromatic plants and fruit trees, inviting you to pick the organic fruit available in season.

The 5 x 5 metre pool is located on the roof terrace, which has a summer kitchen and modern lounge furniture. From up here you have a fantastic panoramic view over endless olive groves all the way down to the southern Adriatic Sea. Access to the roof terrace is secured with a small door to protect children.

A maid comes on Wednesdays and Saturdays for a quick cleaning and to change bed linen and towels. Individual services can be booked for an extra charge.
