Villa Bella

Villa Bella is part of the South Italian newest luxury resort, which has only opened a few years ago. It has already become one of the leading luxury family, golf and spa resorts in the Mediterranean. The resort consists of three areas across 20 ha on the Southern Italian coast: the hotel in the central part of the property, the "Borgo" - an Apulian village, and 28 private villas of different categories. The residential style villa area is secluded and offers seven different buildings, each divided into 4 private and luxurious villa-units of 250 sqm. The villas are all the same in terms of size, furnishing and equipment - there is only a difference in size of garden and pool and daylight in the basement. Villa Bella has a private pool of min. 5 x 2.5 m. All villas have three bedrooms, an enclosed private garden and a balcony overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There is one additional room in the basement (no daylight), which can be used as a sudios or massage room. The villas are furnished in an exclusive, luxurious Italian style with great attention to details. They can also be interconnected to accommodate families or large groups with up to 12 bedrooms. Guests have access to all resort services and amenities: three different restaurants, reknown San Domenico Golf club, Cooking Academy, Spa, Private Beach Club, Tennis, Volleyball, one indoor- and three outdoor swimming pools, children's facilities and kids club. Exclusive service options such as butler, nanny or cook are available on request at an additional charge. The resort is only a few hundred meters from the coastline. The villas‘ location is ideal to explore the entire region, from Lecce's unique baroque architecture to the UNESCO World Heritage town of Alberobello. The different rates of Basic, Mediterrano and Pugliese are based on the location and the views.
