The exclusive holiday home is situated in a small, quiet residential street in the south of Westerland, just a short walk over the dune to the beach. Also the pedestrian zone of Westerland, restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking or cycling distance. The stylish Sylt architect's house with thatched roof and Friesenwall was lovingly renovated by the owners in 2019 and equipped with many technical refinements. It offers space for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms on 130 sqm living space in total. Villa am Südwäldchen is very tastefully furnished in a modern Frisian-maritime style. Bright wooden floors and white, wood-panelled walls, harmoniously combined with cosy country house design furniture, create a very special and warm ambience - ideal for a relaxing holiday in Sylt. The living area with sofas and reading corner has an antique tiled stove and opens up to the eat-in kitchen. The Gaggenau kitchen is fully equipped and offers a cosy dining area with corner seating set and a cooking island. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with rain shower and separate WC. The two bedrooms upstairs are furnished as "Samina-Powersleeping-Rooms" according to the latest knowledge of sleep research. One of the bedrooms has a freestanding bathtub.
In the garden of the villa, high-quality garden furniture, a wicker beach chair and the garden sauna ensure relaxing hours. Hobby chefs can prepare delicious meals on the Weber gas barbecue.
On site, the house owners are available to guests for questions, reservations and also for special tips.
