Located in the heart of Andalusia, Casa Andalucia is an ideal location for holidays under the glorious Spanish sun - with all the comforts you could wish for in a good holiday home. Surrounded by mountains and clusters of trees, the house offers marvellous unobstructed views of the Mediterranean and the surrounding area. It stands on a 5000 square metre plot and is shielded by a beautiful stone wall with an electrically closing gate. The holiday home has a spacious living room with a large dining area and open-plan modern kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 1 study, which can also be used as a small single bedroom (bed dimensions: 1.20 x 2.00 m), and 3 bathrooms. The furnishings are typical of the country, with furniture in both antique and modern Spanish style tastefully combined. Everything has been thought of in Casa Andalucia: music, flat screen TV, internet, WiFi, telephone, air conditioning, underfloor heating, comfortable deckchairs, fly screens on the windows and doors in the bedrooms, sun protection and much more. The outdoor area is generously designed with various covered terraces or verandas, which are furnished in different ways - from a comfortable sofa where you can relax in the shade, to a cosy dining area and sun loungers on the 180 m² sun terrace. The facilities also include an outdoor kitchen and a permanently installed barbecue for cosy cooking. The infinity pool (10 x 5.5 metres) is heated by solar energy and cleaned regularly. The last part of the driveway to the house is very steep and we recommend. The picturesque, so-called white village of Sayalonga is just a few minutes' drive away and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: restaurants, bars, supermarkets and even its own museum. The beautiful beaches of Nerja and Torre del Mar are also just a short drive away. Small pets are allowed in this holiday home.
