DESCRIPTION

The Meina holiday villa is distinguished by its excellent location on the southwestern shore of Lake Maggiore, with breathtaking views of the lake. The small town of Meina, with its diverse shopping and dining options, is only 1 km away. The lake with its beach is 1.5 km away. There are excellent golf courses for beginners and advanced players in the surrounding area. Tee times can be reserved in advance on request.
The villa is surrounded by a well-kept and fenced garden. The accommodation is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms. Villa Meina is furnished in a country house style. Many of the rooms offer sweeping views of Lake Maggiore and the picturesque mountain landscape. The villa's living and dining area is 30 square meters in size and equipped with a sofa group, satellite TV, and a fireplace. There is also a dining table for twelve people. The adjoining country-style kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, a dishwasher, and a small dining area. The kitchen leads to the covered terrace, which is furnished with a dining table. A few steps lead down to the pool, which invites you to relax or refresh yourself with sun loungers and a shower. There is another dining table by the pool where you can enjoy your meals in the sun. Boat trips, sailing or wakeboarding lessons, wine tastings and truffle tastings, excursions, guided mountain tours, golf lessons, and helicopter flights can be arranged on request.
