Luxury villa Ermelinda is beautifully situated on the west shore of Lake Maggiore in Baveno on a hill with beautiful views over the Borromean Gulf and the lake. Villa Ermelinda was originally built by a wealthy Milanese family in the 1940's and was carefully renovated in 2014 while preserving the original structures. Villa Ermelinda is set amidst a 2-hectare, well-cared garden with mature trees on the hillside and extends over 3 floors. A few steps lead from the garden up to the entrance on the ground floor, where the living / dining / TV / music lounges with fully equipped professional kitchen are located. The TV room can be converted into an extra bedroom with pull-out double sofa bed on request. The outdoor dining area with barbecue is covered with glass and invites you to dine with stunning sea and pool views. The veranda next to the entrance is furnished with comfortable lounge chairs. Here guests can sit together in a relaxed way and enjoy the beautiful lake view.
Upstairs there are 5 bedrooms, each individually decorated with different color concepts and rich fabrics, all with quality bedding, fitted wardrobes, marble bathrooms, TV and air conditioning. 4 of the rooms have lake view, 1 room has garden view.
The lower floor of the villa leads out into the garden and is dedicated entirely to exercise and relaxation with its fitness and spa area.
A few steps from the house the beautiful, solar-heated pool with sunbeds, umbrellas and outdoor shower is located.
The town of Baveno with restaurants and shops and the lake are just 1 km away, Stresa can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
