The property has a charming courtyard that not only protects it from the wind, but also creates an authentic Greek atmosphere thanks to an olive tree that is over 800 years old. When building the villa, the owners deliberately distanced themselves from the increasingly monotonous villa style in order to reflect the true essence of Greek culture. The spacious garden is laid out on three terraces. Throughout the garden there are cosy seating areas with colour-coordinated cushions, ideal for reading, relaxing and enjoying the sunny days. In the evening, the sunset with a view of the neighbouring island of Antiparos will enchant you. There is a separate guest house on the upper part of the property with its own veranda and bathroom, ideal for teenagers or an accompanying person. The main house has three bedrooms, all of which overlook the courtyard. Two of the bedrooms also have access to the rear garden. A fourth bedroom is located in the cool basement and opens onto a small seating area in the rear garden. A basketball court is available for sporting activities in the lower part of the garden. Towels and bed linen are provided in the house, and cleaning and linen changes take place on Wednesdays and Saturdays. A lady is available for additional services, who can also cook delicious Greek food for an extra charge. She can also be booked for daily cleaning on request.
