Villa Acquabona

Villa Acquabona is part of the vacation homes of the Lauzetian Collection and is completed in the first months of 2019. It is located on the South-East coast of Elba Island in the Nature Reserve Parco della Costa dei Gabbiani. Villa Acquabona is directly by the beach in the bay between Punta di Calanova and Punta Perla. The garden of the villa is decorated with olive trees, exotic plants and palms.
Villa Acquabona is built according to the principles of sustainability with environmentally friendly materials such as solar panels, LED lights, ecological paints and resin floors. The villa is bright and modern furnished and is ideal for families with children or friend groups as it is divided in two levels, which can be independent or shared as a unique space. The garden can be accesses from the large glass windows installed in the ground floor bedrooms and living space. The first floor has another fully furnished living room and terrace with a view on the large garden and the sea landscape.
Besides other activities like golf and tennis, a structured route guides the visitors on top of Mount Calamita, suitable for mountain bike rides, trekking or a peaceful walk through nature.
