Beautiful Villa Amani was newly built in 2020 on the long promontory of the Mani overlooking the Messinian Gulf with magnificent sea views. It is part of a small villa complex of two charming vacation villas located very close to the beach, cafes and the picturesque tavernas and restaurants of Kalogria - ideal for enjoying the Greek summer and exploring the "middle finger" of the Peloponnese.
The villa's architecture reflects the authentic character of the Mani, combining the history and hospitality of the region with contemporary sophistication and well-planned comfort. The villa's tasteful interior design is elegant and effortless with a color scheme inspired by the surrounding landscape. Villa Amani covers 2 floors and offers enough space for 4 people in 2 bedrooms. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into an extra bed, so that there is additional space for an extra person, e.g. a larger child.

The stylish outdoor area of the villa is terraced and has various shady and sunny spots. In addition to the beautiful private pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, there is a covered dining area and a cozy outdoor lounge area.

From Villa Amani you can quickly reach various beautiful beaches and picturesque fishing and mountain villages in a few minutes by car.
