DESCRIPTION

The vacation villa LadySea impresses with its hillside location and the resulting sea view from all three levels. An elevator connects the three floors. A free-floating staircase leads from the entrance level to the lower part of the villa and to the garden with sunbeds and umbrellas. From here, a narrow staircase leads down to another sun terrace and the sea. There is no sandy beach here, but experienced swimmers can comfortably enter the water for a morning dip before breakfast. In the rooms facing the sea, there are floor-to-ceiling windows that emphasize the spaciousness of the villa. The furnishing of the villa is convincing due to the high quality of the furniture and the decoration as well as the choice of colors are kept discreetly in natural tones to emphasize the blue of the sea. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and pleases high expectations. The well thought off and intelligent lighting concept in the villa creates a harmonious feel-good atmosphere. The island capital Heraklion with a rich cultural and gastronomic offer is a short drive of 15 minutes away. The central location of the villa is ideal to visit the natural treasures (e.g. the Samaria Gorge) as well as the numerous sights (e.g. the Palace of Knossos) in day trips. A maid comes for 2 hours every day to support the house hold works. Nearest grocery stores are appr. 5 km away.
