DESCRIPTION

This elegant villa is located on a small hill near the village of Exambella. From here, you have a fantastic panoramic view of eleven different islands in the Aegean Sea. In earlier times, this area was mainly the residential area of noble, aristocratic families. Their elegant residences were always located on a hill away from the commercial life of the island. Villa Tea, which dates back to 1870, is one of the few residences that recalls the good old days. The narrow streets of the village are difficult to navigate with normal cars. For guests of the villa, there is a charming solution: commuting by buggy, which can be rented from local rental companies. Upon entering the traditional residence through the iron gate, one is impressed by the charm of the very tasteful renovation. Handcrafted doors, high wooden beam ceilings, and beautiful wooden floors, combined with modern design, characterize this noble villa. In the center of the fenced property is a large infinity pool with a jacuzzi and sweeping views of the Aegean Sea. There is also a pool house with a toilet and spacious, high-quality furnished terraces. Here you can enjoy meals at large outdoor dining tables and soak up the luxurious Mediterranean ambience of the villa. The spacious bedrooms each have air conditioning and an en suite bathroom/toilet. The living rooms are artfully decorated. The terrace has a low parapet, so special care is required with small children. A daily cleaning service and a twice-weekly change of bed linen and towels are included in the price. The service staff live in a separate building above the villa.
