In the atrium of the living/dining area, a successful symbiosis has been created with an olive tree that is over 1000 years old. Here, typical local elements merge with the clear, modern forms of the villa. The 25-metre window front sinks completely into the floor at the touch of a button. This creates a seamless transition between the interior and exterior. On the more than 4,200 square metre property, you will find a rock waterfall, a lagoon pool and extensive gardens. Here you can sunbathe and relax. The villa has an indoor lounge with billiards and a rooftop bar, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the bay. Weddings, private events or seminars can be organised at Villa Cala Ferrera (up to 60 people indoors, up to 100 people for outdoor events).
