DESCRIPTION

Villa Penna is an exclusive villa belonging to the Murlo Estate and it is considered as the crown jewel among other properties. It is surrounded by hundreds of hectares of oak woods. This villa is ideal for guests who would like to have a vacation in complete privacy at the height of luxury because of the quality of its contemporary interior decoration and outdoor facilities. The majestic arched window enhances the spacious living room and creates a relaxed atmosphere by filling it with ethereal light. Nearby the kitchen there is a dining table in the garden and a wood oven ideal for pizza cooking. All the 4 double bedrooms have been refurbished elegantly and lovingly. Textures used are inspired by the latest design trends and marble bathrooms in each bedroom reflect the elegance.
There is a lovely pool house which faces the big infinity pool where you can cocoon yourself in the enthralling views of the Umbrian countryside. In the pool house all facilities like a stone built barbecue, sitting room and dining table with gorgeous views, pergola with sofa and armchairs and sun-beds around the pool are cared for the full comfort of guests.
Between the main unit and the annex there are panoramic terraces with sofas and chairs in the "piazetta".
The villa is reached by a 3 km of white gravel country road, which is not suitable for low-height or sport cars.
