Villa Agios Andreas

The design villa Agios Andreas is located on a hill above Naoussa on Paros with a magnificent 360 degree panoramic view of the landscape and the sea to Mykonos, Naxos, Syros and Tinos. The villa was designed by a renowned architect and has been featured in various Greek and international magazines. It is stylish and modern with clean lines, light walls, ceilings and floors and furnished with high quality designer furniture and artworks. Combined with some color accents, the villa has an exclusive, almost minimalist ambience but with a slightly playful touch.
The villa is built on the hillside and spreads over 3 floors. The main living/dining area with half-open kitchen and 2 bathrooms is on the first floor. From here, large doors lead out to the terraces and pool. In the basement, the garden level, there are a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Guests can either use one of the bathrooms in the basement or one of the bathrooms on the first floor.
On the top level there is another beautiful master suite with sitting area, balcony with stunning sea views and bathroom downstairs.
Surrounding the villa is a 14,000 sqm plot of land covered with olive trees, cypresses, mulberry trees and hundreds of native aromatic herbs and plants. On the spacious verandas that extend around the house and the pool, guests will find numerous deck chairs, armchairs and built-in sofas. They can enjoy their meals in one of the two dining areas in complete privacy and sheltered from the wind.
The beautiful town of Naoussa with its picturesque harbor and all restaurants and shopping facilities is about 4 km away.
