DESCRIPTION

Ca del Sole is much more than just a holiday villa. Despite its central location in the center of Capri, this property is a very special retreat and it impresses with its uniqueness.
The location is particularly attractive for various reasons, because from the upper terrace you can enjoy a 360-degree panoramic view of the harbour on the north coast of Capri on the one hand, and on the other hand of the world-famous Faraglioni rocks on the southeast coast of the island.
On the terraced property with 4 levels, the tranquillity and generous expanse of the terraces give you the feeling of being completely alone on the island and yet it is only a short walk of 5 minutes to lose yourself in the colourful hustle and bustle on the lively Piazetta. On six different terraces you will find a place with sun or shade at any time of the day, a place to relax alone or a place at one of the many dining tables to enjoy the Mediterranean delicacies together. You can also choose between two pools, one of which is heated.
Five individually designed bedrooms ranging in size from 25 to 98 square metres offer ample space for 10 to 12 people. Three of them are on the upper living level in the main house and two double rooms are in the guest house on the entrance level. On this level in the main house is the living room, which is adjoined by the dining room with a large table and a separate breakfast room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. A lift connects the two levels in the main house and the spa centre, which is located in a natural grotto. Here you will find a heated thermal pool, a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and various fitness equipment.
A villa manager and other staff take care of the villa so that you can really pamper yourself during your stay. Included in the price is butler service for 8 hours per day, the preparation of breakfast, which can be served on your preferred terrace, and room/cleaning service. Arrival and departure transfers are also included in the price. To ensure this service, two people stay in the separate staff wing. Further services can be arranged individually according to your wishes.
The technical equipment of the villa leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled with a Bang&Olufson sound system unique in the world, the intelligent lighting system, the kitchen equipped for professional demands and many other details. Many works of art adorn and decorate the villa, which in its overall appearance is a work of art in itself.
