DESCRIPTION

This extraordinary charming alpine residence with 7 bedrooms accommodates comfortably 12 adults and 3 children. Located in the exclusive ski village St. Anton am Arlberg the chalet is only a short stroll from the Nasserein ski lift. Originally built in 1978 by the famous World Ski-Champion Gertrud Gabl and her family this chalet has undergone an extensive renovation completed in 2008. The combination of traditional Tyrolean handicraft with contemporary design creates a very elegant alpine retreat built to the highest standards. All doors, floors and library have been made out of 300 years old oak planks. The use of high quality natural stones and grey tadellakt in the modern bathrooms contrasts beautifully with the rustic elements of the chalet. The ground floor is laid out perfectly to get together with family and friends. The extensive kitchen with a big table is ideal for feeding children or having snacks during the day. A separate table in the dining area next to the kitchen can be extended to comfortably sit 12 persons. Both areas, the kitchen and the dining room, have a direct access to the large living room with fireplace and sumptuous lounge sofa. A childrens´bedrooms with two bunk beds as well as a 40 sqm playroom make this chalet perfect for family holidays. The playroom converts into a high tech cinema room. This luxury mountain residence boasts a sauna for 4 persons and an outdoor hot-tub.

This property is offered by Brambleski-Dentdelion Sarl., for whom we act as agent. The rental contract is based on the terms and conditions of Brambleski-Dentdelion Sarl.
