Ulusaba Safari Lodge

Ulusaba is part of the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, which is a 66.000 ha privately owned reserve on the edge of Kruger National Park. It consists of two lodges. Rock Lodge lis set on the top of a rocky hill, Safari Lodge is built along the banks of the dry Mabrak riverbed. When staying in the Safari Lodge one will be impressed of the landscape. Rock Lodge and Safari Lodge can be booked per room or in total for highest exclusivity. One is so close to nature, that most likely animals pass the bedroom's window. The rooms provide fascinating views of the animals as they stroll past on their way to the nearby water hole. All Safari Lodge rooms are quiet and secluded. Depending on one's requirements one can choose between Safari Room, Elephant Room, River Room and Tree House. Each of the rooms of Safari Lodge is on stilts on his own deck and is shaded by majestic indigenous trees. The rooms are connected by a swing bridge. So it can happen that on the way to breakfast, one meets a giraffe ambling below. Every day there are guided Safaris on offer, traversing an area of 10.000 hectares frequented by lions, leopards, elephants, buffalos and rhinos. The daily safaris, accompanied by a professional field guide and tracker are included in the rental price. In addition different day excursions are offered, for example a trip in a Crocodile Reptile Park or a helicopter trip at a supplemental cost. For people who like to relax, there are beauty treatments and massages. Due to their safety, children are not allowed at Safari Lodge.
