Villa Ortensia

Together with four other holiday villas, Villa Ortensia lies on the premises of a luxury resort at the Costa Smeralda. The houses suite perfectly for those expecting exclusive hotel service and yet wanting to enjoy their privacy in an own villa. The beach belonging to the hotel is only 150 metres away. Villa Ortensia features three double bedrooms, each with ensuite shower/WC. One of them is only accessible by a separate entrance. The living room disposes of Sat-TV and internet access. The kitchen is furnished with fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. The house is allotted on three floors and, due to the numerous steps, not suitable for small children or disabled persons. Shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants can be found in the town of Baja Sardinia, which is approximately 6 km away.
