DESCRIPTION

Villa Sirena is set in a unique landscape in the private reserve of Punta Licosa directly by the sea. A 4 km coastline with private beach and the gated entrance to the estate ensure total privacy. The villa is surrounded by a pine forest and offers beautiful views of the sea and the islet of Licosa, which also belongs to the property of the Belmonte princes. It only takes a few steps down to some small bays with pebble beach and to the seawater pool, sheltered from the sea breeze by a Roman ruin. Villa Sirena has tastefully been renovated and offers all modern comfort. It is decorated in a light and airy Mediterranean style and can accommodate up to 14 guests on 2 floors. The ground floor extends over 150 sqm and has 4 double bedrooms, all with bathrooms en-suite. The kitchen is large and has all required facilities. There is a table ready for eight if needed, although most guests prefer to eat al fresco on the villa‘s terraces. On the first floor there are three more bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as a large sitting room. It is accessed by an external staircase and will be opened for a booking of more than 8 persons. In high season from end of June to mid September the villa can only be booked as unit with the first floor included. Daily breakfast and cleaning service is included in the rate. In walking distance from Villa Sirena there is a „Castello“ with chapel, which can be rented for events. Guests of Villa Sirena can use the facilities and the sandy beach of Hotel Palazzo Belmonte, which is 8 km away. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be reached within 10 minutes by car.
