Villa SunSet

This extraordinary luxury villa combines Creole nonchalance with Italian style and design. Its location on a promontory overlooking the ocean is spectacular. From various patios and terraces as well as from the pool pavillon guests can enjoy gorgeous views of the turquoise sea. The pool has an extraordinary size of 10 x 20 m. By using a special limestone, the water of the pool shines in the colour of the ocean.
The luxury villa is seperated into different buildings. The main house features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a double bedroom. All other bedrooms are situated in the 3 pavillons, all located on the large property surrounding the main house. Self-evidently, they all have bathrooms en-suite as well as air conditioned, safe, iPod docking station and SAT-TV. A villa manager, a chef (for breakfast and lunch from Monday to Friday) and a housekeeper are included in the rate. A 33ft power boat with 2 x 275hp motors with skipper for up to 10 people is available for the guests twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). Only fuel is at extra charge upon consumption.
Trou Rolland Beach can be reached by a paved within 5 minutes. The Capital Castries is 10 minutes away by rental car and it takes about 1.5 hours to the airport in the South of the island.
