DESCRIPTION

Villa Caminata is one of the villas on the Murlo estate. Its name "Caminata" comes from the chimneys of the house. The most spectacular element of the villa is its lush garden with over 3000 plants that bloom at different times of the year. The villa has incredible views over the Umbrian hills and the hilltop golf course of Antognolla. The spacious and elegant living room has French doors leading to the pool terrace. Garden furniture, sunbeds, sunloungers, sofas and an alfresco dining table for 12 people are at guests' disposal. The villa consists of a main house and a small cottage in the garden. The main house can accommodate 10 people in 5 spacious bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The cottage has a double bedroom, a bathroom and a small lounge with kitchenette. It can be booked separately for short stays and weekends when the villa is not rented. The 18-hole championship golf course at Antognolla with clubhouse and restaurant facilities is also part of the Murlo Estate. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr, it is only 5 minutes away by golf cart. Guests receive a 20% green fee commission. Chef and butler services are available on request. 6 x weekly cleaning service included.
