DESCRIPTION
The living space of this ultra modern holiday villa extends over a main building on two levels as well as a separate wing that serves as a guest area.

The entrance to the main building, with its generous proportions and plenty of light, leads into a traditional kitchen with a central cooking island and dining area. The inviting living room has an open fireplace for cosy, colder evenings. On the same level is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to a private terrace with sea views.

The remaining four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are located in the guest area and have access to a private terrace with sea views. Two of the bedrooms are connected via a connecting door and are perfect as a parents' sleeping area with children.

A staircase in the dining area leads to the basement, which houses a fully equipped gym and staff accommodation. From the gym there is access to a shady and secluded courtyard. From there, a staircase leads back up to the terrace area.

The terrace is equipped with a dining area, a large dining table, an outdoor fireplace, a bar and a brick barbecue area. An external staircase leads up to a wonderful roof terrace with seating. From here you have a marvellous view of the sea and the beautiful sunsets. The place is perfect for a sundowner!

The beautiful pool with built-in, comfortable loungers is 15 metres long and offers integrated hydromassage corner points with breathtaking views of the sea. For perfect well-being, there is a small panoramic terrace near the house overlooking the sea. There is also a wooden platform in a quiet corner of the garden, which is ideal for yoga sessions and meditation in harmony with nature.
