DESCRIPTION

This exceptional vacation villa boasts a stunning location right on the beach near Vagia Mesagros on the small island of Aegina. From here, you can enjoy sweeping ocean views all the way to the Attica coast. Aegina is the island closest to Athens. From Piraeus, Aegina is less than an hour away by boat. The Aegina Beach vacation villa is an exceptional vacation home in a unique location and has already been featured in international architecture and interior design magazines. Marble, terracotta, wood, and natural stone have been harmoniously combined into a cohesive whole. Architecturally, the villa is spacious, bright, airy, and open. Large windows allow the interior and exterior spaces to blend seamlessly. The furnishings are modern and stylish, with many details that give this home a special ambiance. In addition, the property is equipped with many technical refinements: from a modern Bang & Olufsen TV and stereo system to Insta-Bus building automation, an alarm system with indoor and outdoor cameras, a steam room, a Jacuzzi, a fitness area, and top-of-the-line kitchen appliances—everything you could need is provided. The SEA CONCEPT VILLA is surrounded by a 2,000-square-meter garden featuring fruit trees and an herb garden. Facing the sea is the 75-square-meter infinity pool with a counter-current system, which seems to flow almost directly into the sea. The various terrace levels with stunning views invite you to relax and enjoy yourself. The village of Vagia Mesagros, with its shops and restaurants, is about 1 km away. Service staff who take care of the guests and the property live in a separate area of the villa. A wide range of water sports activities and equipment is available to you: a Zodiac with an outboard motor, a small sailboat, surfing gear, snorkeling gear, and an ATV for land excursions. For an additional fee, we can arrange private boat or helicopter transfers, as well as wellness treatments at the private spa center.
