On the hillside of Nice, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, this beautiful holiday home is located in one of the most exclusive residential quarters of town. A well-tended garden of 3000 sqm in size, planted with lush vegetation, guarantees total privacy. From parts of the villa as well as from the pool area, one has magnificent views of Nice and the sea. The large living and dining area on the ground floor with grand piano opens up to the garden. It disposes of all amenities like stereo, Sat-TV, video and DVD-player and Internet access (WLAN). The fully equipped kitchen has a terrace and offers beautiful sea views. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower ensuite.
