Villa Capriglia

Villa Capriglia is a charming villa with private pool near the Tuscan coast. The villa is situated above Forte dei Marmi in the mountains with panoramic views of the sea, reaching from the Gulf of La Spezia all the way to the Cinque Terre. You will not forget the breathtaking sunset from the pool terrace.
The property consists of two buildings: the villa for eight persons and a guest house for two persons. The 6.000 sqm property has two levels with different terraces and the pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa is tastefully and comfortably furnished - each bedroom has its own private area. One bedroom with bathroom ensuite and the master bedroom with bathroom ensuite and a fireplace are located on the garden level of the main house. Two bedrooms in the upper floor share a spacious bathroom with tub. There is also a fireplace in the living room. The small but fully equipped kitchen joins the living room. From both rooms, hinged doors open onto a terrace with dining table and herb garden. A couple lives in a separate small house and takes care of the house and the property. On request and upon surcharge they can do the shopping of groceries, cook typical Tuscan dishes or babysitting.
The small village of Capriglia is only five minutes away from the vibrant city of Pietrasanta and is known for its marble sculptures and as a meeting place for artists from all over the world. The city has retained its charm and character and has not been overrun by mass tourism like other coastal cities. The city is also known for its galleries of contemporary art, chic boutiques and good restaurants. In summer, Pietrasanta also hosts many events, such as jazz and classical concerts.
