A fourth bedroom in the basement overlooks the courtyard and has a full-size pull-out bed and ensuite shower/toilet. This room is equipped with a home cinema system for leisure. There is also a utility room in the basement with a washing machine and tumble dryer. A housekeeper comes every 3 days to do a basic cleaning and change bed linen and towels. Additional services can be arranged upon prior notice and extra cost. Due to the high quality furnishings and some sloping areas on the pool terrace, this villa is not suitable for children under the age of 10 years.
