The modern architect villa with its unique design and fantastic infinity pool is set in a privileged and secluded location on a small cliff 380 m above sea level and below the village of Puntagorda. In all aspects, it embodies the chill-out feeling of "Pura Vida", spectacularly overlooking the sea and the coastal landscape. Beautiful large and small palm trees as well as other tropical plants surround the villa's outside facilities. There are several different stone terraces giving this modern villa a unique charm. The villa has two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a large open living/kitchen area designed in split level. It impresses with its combination of simple elegance and inviting cosiness! Through large glass windows, guests can enjoy splendid views of the fascinating natural spectacles on the sea and the horizon from all rooms. The centre of the architectural complex is the light-flooded designer kitchen with cooking island and high-quality BOSCH kitchen appliances (fridge, freezer, oven and induction cooker). The very well equipped kitchen including a sieve holder espresso machine, a juicer, wine and champagne buckets as well as beautiful wine, cognac and whisky glasses invites you to cook and feast.
The living area offers a cosy sitting area with an individually manufactured leather sofa with chaise longue, a 55 inch television with Spanish and German channels and an elegant dining table with comfortable leather chairs.
Regardless of whether you read, talk, watch TV, dine or enjoy an aperitif - from everywhere you have a fantastic view over the pool deck and the landscape to the Atlantic Ocean. The two bedrooms with their individual ensuite bathrooms are located in the wings to the left and right of the main complex. A private terrace in front of each bedroom provides plenty of privacy. The bedrooms offer highest sleeping comfort ensured by orthopaedic natural rubber mattresses from German manufacturers and anti-allergic treatment with neem tree seed extract. The different pillows and bedding are made of anti-allergic silk and camel down hair and the entire bedding has a biological certification. We want you to have an extraordinary sleep!
The villa has a sustainable, climate-neutral power supply from photovoltaics, including a wallbox for charging electric vehicles. The wallbox only supplies solar power and is switched off when electricity is drawn from the public grid. (surplus principle)
