The long sandy beach as well as the clubhouse of the golf course are within a few minutes walking distance. The beautiful Southbroom Golf Villa is situated slightly elevated on the south slope in a quiet residential area surrounded by a lush garden with palm trees and offers a fantastic view of the ocean. The pool with sun loungers as well as the terrace with dining area and braai - the typical South African barbecue - invite you to swim, sunbathe and relax. The villa is spacious, bright, modern and equipped with many technical finesses. The tasteful furnishing in elegant country style in combination with the loving care of the housekeeper, who has been looking after the house and the guests for years and lives in the granny annexe, ensure a perfect feel-good ambience and an all-round relaxing vacation. The villa can accommodate 6 people in 3 double bedrooms, which are grouped around the atrium on the upper floor. The master bedroom and one of the double bedrooms offer magnificent views of the pool and the sea. On the first floor there is a large living/dining area with fireplace and access to the terrace and pool. The open, fully equipped kitchen with typical South African bar invites you to cook and socialize. The nearest restaurants and shopping facilities are in the center of Southbroom, less than a kilometer away and within easy walking distance. Other golf courses, large shopping centers, nature parks and a crocodile farm are within easy reach by car. Southbroom's long sandy beach has two tide pools where guests can swim safely.
