DESCRIPTION

Villa Leonie captivates with its privileged setting on the western side of Lake Como, only 300 m from the lake with a magnificent view of the lake and the fantastic landscape. The villa, with its peaceful terraces and lush, manicured garden, is perfect for exclusive holidays, but is also an ideal location for weddings, events or photo shoots.
Villa Leonie was originally built in the 1940s by the famous architect Pietro Lingeri, one of the leading representatives of Italian rationalism, and is a classified historical monument. It is characterised by its perfect symbiosis of landscape and architecture with plenty of natural light being reflected in the white walls and high ceilings. Modern art and mosaic-tiled floors, various living areas with large fireplaces, soft neutral fabrics and fine sofas provide the perfect living ambience. Equipped with all comforts and technical amenities, the villa offers plenty of space indoors and outdoors for up to 12 people in 6 bedrooms, 5 of which are in the main house, 1 in the separate annex. Weddings and events are possible for up to 80 people.
Breakfast groceries will be left in the kitchen for guests to use during their stay; bread and croissants are delivered daily. On request and at extra charge the villa's chef prepares delicious meals for you and your guests in a sumptuous dining room.
There are two spacious parking spaces in front of the villa, and for those arriving by the lake, there are two marinas where private boats can berth. The lake and a beach club are only 100 m from the house, the jetty and boat hire 300 m, the nearest supermarket and restaurants are in 5-10 minutes walking distance.
