Spiti Kastro

Spiti Kastro is a very nice holiday home, finished in 2008. It is part of a group of three independent houses, each of them featuring a well kept garden with a private pool. The houses are located on a hill side property, only some 200 meters away from Agios Ioannis beach. Due to the close proximity to a forest, it is not possible to have a BBQ in the garden. Spiti Kastro is layed out on three levels. There are large windows in the living room and at the galery, which makes the house bright and offers splendid views of the sea. On the ground floor, at garden and pool level, there are one double bedroom with access to a terrace and a utility room with a washing machine. The spacious living room with fireplace and adjacent well equipped, open plan kitchen are medium level. Wooden stairs, which are not suitable for small children, lead to the upper level, where a twin bedroom with shower ensuite and the galerie are located. A convertible sofabed on the galerie is on hand for children to sleep. Beautiful Agios Ioannis Beach with traditional tavernas is only a few minutes walking away. Lefkas is known for it´s wide range of watersports opportunities, such as surfing and kiting as well as sailing. Thus, Spiti Kastro is ideal to combine holidays: one part of yacht charter in the picturesque Ionian Sea and the other part relaxing in this wonderful holiday home. The lively center of the island, Lefkas town, is only 5 minutes by car away. Here, one finds numeruos shops and restaurants. The airport of Prevezza is half an hour driving away. Upon prior notice and separate costs, we will gladly arrange a transfer from the airport to the holiday home. In this case, a rental car, if required, will be delivered to the house.
