DESCRIPTION

Villa Selena is located near the coastal village of Agios Onoufrios, just 1.5 km from the beach of the same name. The villa was only newly built in 2022 and impresses with its beautiful, unobstructed view of the sea, the mountains opposite and the landscape. Villa Selena extends over 3 floors and has a living space of 200 sqm. It offers space for up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. The villa is decorated in shades of white and blue to create a Mediterranean flair and emphasise the comfortable holiday ambience. The villa is furnished in a modern, minimalist style and has a beautiful pool with stunning views. The pool area is equipped with relaxing sun loungers and parasols. A covered pergola with a gas barbecue and dining table invites you to cook and dine al fresco. There is another roofed terrace accessible from the living room with a lovely seating area for spending pleasant hours.

For daily needs, the small town of Kounoupidiana is just a short drive away offering a variety of shops. The city of Chania with its Venetian harbour and winding alleys is only 20 minutes away by car and is waiting to be explored. Chania offers an amazing choice of restaurants from fine dining to traditional Cretan tavernas. Otherwise, there are local restaurants and tavernas all over the peninsula. From the villa, the surrounding area is within easy reach with its archaeological sites, water parks, beaches, gorges and villages.
