Villa Ulica

Villa Ulica is located in a quiet residential area of Split, Croatia’s second largest city, directly at Park Marjan with its wonderful pine forest. On the ground floor of the villa, there are two spacious living and dining rooms furnished in a modern style and filled with daylight. The south entrance leads to a beautiful open porch overlooking the south part of the city with partial sea views. Relaxing hours can be enjoyed on the porch’s comfortable lounge furniture. From the ground floor you can also access the western part of the huge garden and the olive tree hill. Sun beds and sun umbrellas make a stay at the pool area very pleasant.

The master bedroom on the first floor is spread over the sea side of the house providing beautiful views of the sea and the city. The two other double bedrooms on this floor have city and sea view or garden and swimming pool view. Villa Ulica offers a loft with a comfortably furnished suite that extends across the entire second floor.

Villa Ulica is ideally suited for 2 large families or groups of 8 people to enjoy the unique setting of Split and the turquoise colored Adriatic Sea.
