Villa Costasanti

Villa Costasanti is located in the hills of Lake Garda with beautiful panoramic views of the lake and the countryside. It is surrounded by a property of 25.000 sqm in total: The park like, 5.000 sqm garden is for the guests' use, vineyards and olive-groves are cultivated on the rest of the estate for producing extra virgin olive oil and high quality wine. Villa Costasanti is spacious and bright. Its furnishing is of high quality, antique pieces have harmoniously been combined with modern design. The villa has two living rooms: One is designated as TV room, the second one has a fireplace and large panoramic windows and is perfect for getting-together and relaxing. The separate dining room has a table for 14 persons. There are a lift and a staircase leading up to the first floor with 4 bedroom, all equipped with Sat-TV and minibar. 3 of the bedrooms comprise of a comfortable sofabed and thus the villa can sleep 14 persons in total. The outdoor area is spacious and well-kept. The terrace, which is covered by a large sun umbrella, has tables and chairs for eating "al fresco" and offers beautiful views of the lake. A large tree-lined area on the left-hand side of the villa contains shady places to relax and a BBQ. The pool is heated by solar panels. Next to the pool there is a covered area with fridge and bath. Villa Costasanti is about 1km from the beautiful old town centre of Lazise. There are numerous bars and restaurants at the lakeside promenade and at the large "piazza" that directly overlooks the port. The little alleys running through the centre offer many shops selling local specialities, jewellery and art galleries. Lazise beach is about 2 km from the villa, there are several golf courses within 10 - 20 km.
