Villa Santa Barbara

Santa Barbara is a beautiful, stylish and spacious villa, surrounded by olive groves and enjoying a fantastic view over the bay of Agios Stefanos all the way to the mainland. Villa Santa Barbara was completely renovated and extended in 2022. The villa is characterised by its modern design, high-quality materials and elegant furnishings. The holiday villa has six air-conditioned bedrooms and a heated infinity pool with hydromassage.On the ground floor of the villa is the spacious, open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Next to the living area is a sleeping area with two double/twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor there are three further double bedrooms, two with en-suite shower rooms and one with en-suite bath/WC. Separate from the main house is the newly built, charming guest house with double bedroom, shower/WC and kitchenette.
Outside, the villa has several terraces, an infinity pool with sun loungers, a covered dining area with barbecue, a bar and lounge furniture with fire pit, perfect for relaxing, refreshing and dining al fresco - all with stunning sea views. Guests have service staff available six days a week, including a chef. He prepares breakfast and one other meal per day. Agios Stefanos with tavernas and shopping facilities is just a 5-minute drive away.
