Astra Villas

Astra Villas is a beautiful private property consisting of 2 villas with an unrivalled panoramic view on the nearby islands of Amorgos, Keroa, Kato Koufonisia and Naxos. The villas are surrounded by a garden of 5000 sqm and are fully integrated in the Cycladic landscape and natural terrain of the island with olive trees, citrus trees, a vineyard, a melon field and herbs guaranteeing fresh biological vegetables to their visitor. The property is luxurious, but at the same time of traditional architecture, approved by the National Greek Tourist Organisation. It offers all amenities and much more (pool and children's pool, gym, sauna, hammam, Jacuzzi, table tennis etc.). The villas have been constructed in a semicircle around the pool. The spacious terraces are equipped with fashionable bamboo furniture. Next to the pool, separated by a small water cascade, there is a children's pool (20 sqm), a small bar with fridge and Hi-Fi system. In the back, both villas offer a BBQ and a traditional oven along with another dining area.
Villa Dias and Villa Aris are traditionally designed with main entrance level, a spacious living-/dining area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms all with seaview. They are tastefully modern and very comfortably furnished. All rooms offer flatscreen TV and mosquito nets in front of windows and doors. All bedrooms guarantee air condition, SAT-TV, DVD-player, hairdryer and safe.
In the basement of the villas is another bedroon / suite which accomodates 4 people (Villa Dias) and 3 people (Villa Aris). The gym and spa area are also located in basement.
There are 2 cars at the guests' disposal which are free of charge (except fuel cost). The use of the cars is not part of the contract with Domizile Reisen. Domizile Reisen does not assume any liability caused by the use of the cars. Transfer from the harbour to the villas will be arranged by the owner.
Both villas can also be rented separately, the pool will then be shared. Koufonisia is a hidden paradise. The easiest way to reach the island is by direct flight to Naxos or via Athens to Naxos. During summer, there is a high speed ferry from Naxos to Koufonisia, which only takes 45 minutes. The regular ferry takes about 2 hours. As an alternative the island can be reached by taxi boat from Volakas in South-Naxos within 30 minutes.
