DESCRIPTION
This typical Mallorcan finca is located in the north-eastern part of the island of Mallorca. The charming rural location ensures a quiet holidays. Due to the slightly elevated position, you have a distant sea view. The holiday villa impresses with its tasteful, rustic furnishings. Warm wall colours, terracotta floors, beautiful fabrics and wooden beam ceilings emphasise the Mediterranean ambience. The pool is located in the 15,000 sqm lush garden. High-quality garden furniture and sun loungers are available. On the cosy terrace there is a brick barbecue and a large dining table; an ideal place to enjoy life in the evening with family and friends. The rustic country kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. All bathrooms have underfloor heating. The finca is very suitable for families with children, as the pool is completely fenced and there is a large lawn to play on. On Saturdays a maid comes to clean the house and change towels and bed linen. Shopping facilities are available in Manacor and the nearest restaurant is about 500 m away.
