Octola Wilderness Lodge is a unique luxury lodge set amidst the terrific nature of the Arctic Circle in Finnish Lapland. Gourmet chef, butler service, own guide, absolute privacy, free roaming reindeer and a variety of exciting Arctic outdoor activities right at your doorstep make Octola a very special place for relaxation and inspiration. At Octola, you can either book a 4 or 6 bedroom house share at Octola Wilderness Lodge or the private 2 bedroom Octola Villa.

Suggested itinerary:
Day 1: Welcome to Lapland
After your individual arrival you will be picked up at Rovaniemi airport and transferred through the deep snowy landscape to Octola Private Wilderness Lodge. There you will already be expected by your host, who will familiarize you with the lodge and the nature. If you are in the mood for exercise and fresh air, your private wilderness guide will take you on a snowshoe hike in search of the spectacular Northern Lights. Depending on the weather, you may head out daily with your guide to marvel at the colorful spectacle in the sky. In the evening, you will be served a very special 3-course dinner by the gourmet chef. If the sky is clear, you can also admire the beautiful Northern Lights from the lodge.

Day 2: Winter wonderland at the Arctic Circle.
Start the day with a sumptuous breakfast prepared by the chef.
For today, we recommend an excursion on a reindeer sleigh. And if you are traveling with young children, you must visit Santa Claus in his hut in the middle of the magical forest, waiting especially just for your children.
At noon, relax with a delicious lunch in front of the fireplace in the lodge and review the exciting experiences of the morning.

In the afternoon, your guide will show you how to carve snow and ice sculptures.
And if you like, you can also take a short tour by snowmobile to the most beautiful places to watch northern lights. Or just relax in the panoramic sauna and outdoor hot tub.

In the evening you will be spoiled again with a delicious 3-course menu.

Day 3 and Day 4: Arctic Adventures
The next few days you will again enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch and gourmet dinner prepared according to your wishes. Many different activities are at your disposal - whatever you feel like:- Snowmobile tour into the magnificent wilderness and opportunity for ice fishing- Mini snowmobile tour for children- Private husky sled tour through the deep snowy forests- Sauna session in the separate Octola wooden sauna directly at the private lake with ice swimming- Ice Driving- E-Fat-Biking and much more.

Day 5: Goodbye
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Rovaniemi airport in a luxurious van. Hopefully we will see you again soon! Nääkemiin!
