Villa MONDELLEBOTTE was completed in 2023. With its modern, feel-good vacation architecture, it offers 360 square meters of living space and 220 square meters of terraces. The architecture follows a low-energy standard using high-quality, regional materials. White Kanfanar limestone, dark bog oak, and airy natural linen, accompanied by modern furniture and artwork, give this house a very personal atmosphere. The villa has a large open-plan kitchen-dining area, a living room with a fireplace and library, five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a wine cellar with a regional wine library, and a pool house with a sauna. Technical features include WiFi, IP TV, a ventilation system, air conditioning, underfloor heating, an AUDAC sound system, and an alarm and fire alarm system. The separate pool house is equipped with a summer kitchen, outdoor grill, and sound system, offering ideal conditions for socializing and enjoying culinary delights outdoors. The large pool terrace is a perfect place to relax and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding area, the sea, and the picturesque old town of Višnjan. After a dip in the cool waters of the 15 x 4 meter stainless steel infinity pool, you can dry off in the sun on one of the sun loungers or the sundowner steps.
