The lush Italian garden full of plants, flowers and trees has an outdoor fitness area, a fountain, a gazebo and a hammock, offering guests plenty of opportunities to relax. The private pool with counter-current system offers sweeping views of the sea. The relaxation area by the pool extends over several levels and is equipped with sun loungers and lounge sofas. The covered pavilion in the garden was designed individually for Villa Riviera del Conero by architect Carlo Beer. It can be rotated completely to get the best view of the Conero Riviera and the garden. The terrace is furnished with a dining table for 10 people. The spacious living room on the ground floor is furnished with contemporary furniture and modern artwork. The minimalist accents of the interior design have been combined with great attention to detail to create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the villa. The sophistication and high quality of this villa undoubtedly make it one of the most exclusive villas in central Italy. The open-plan living area offers fantastic views of the garden, pool and sea. There is also a separate dining area for 8 people. Separated by the fireplace in the living room is the office, also with stunning views of the coast. A spacious, separate kitchen is equipped with all modern amenities, including a separate wine refrigerator with two zones. The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has direct access to 2 terraces with garden and sea views. The master bedroom's bathroom is fully lined with white onyx and the spacious walk-in wardrobe completes the offer for guests. The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the house by a heavy door. On the private terrace there is an outdoor jacuzzi for up to 4 people. Three further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and relaxation areas are located on the ground floor and two pink ‘girls’ bedrooms‘ are located on the mezzanine floor. The girls’ bedrooms are also coordinated and have their own bathrooms and views of the forest. The modern spa area in the basement offers a Finnish sauna, a shower cubicle, a bath and a relaxation area. It is accessible from both outside and inside via a separate entrance. A caretaker/manager couple lives in a separate apartment and takes care of the property and helps with the housework for 4 hours in the morning on weekdays. Passetto beach is easily accessible by car or bicycle, as well as on foot (2 km).
