DESCRIPTION

This luxury villa was built in 1915 in the Alpine country house style and extensively renovated from 2019 to 2022 under the strict conditions of the preservation order, and two modern side buildings were added. Mullioned windows, beautiful bay windows and round arches on the ground floor emphasise a dignified simplicity that is second to none. The well-kept garden, which looks more like an enchanted park, offers a magnificent view of the high alpine Wettersteingebirge. On the ground floor, a representative hallway with a separate cloakroom welcomes you. The kitchen, which is open to the spacious living room, is equipped with high-quality Gaggenau appliances and is a dream come true for every cook. A wine storage room with a temperature-controlled refrigerator is another highlight.
