Spirit of Son Fuster

The Spirit of Son Fuster is a private estate with a rich history dating back to the 14th century. It is nestled in a valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains in Mallorca. The lavishly restored “Posessió” (a luxurious Spanish country estate) is furnished with numerous art and design pieces from the owner's personal collection. He is a cosmopolitan and connoisseur of an upscale lifestyle.

On the secluded 40-hectare estate on the outskirts of the still authentic village of Alaró, you can enjoy your time together in this oasis surrounded by nature – and only a 25-minute drive from Palma. The central patio offers space for events. The spacious garden features a heated pool with high-quality sun loungers and parasols. There is also a vegetable and fruit garden, the produce of which is used for the meals included in the rental price. A spacious terrace with a barbecue station above the pool is the ideal place for long dinners and social gatherings from sunset until late at night. 
The kitchen is a central location on the estate, where the friendly cook Ida is in charge. She always enjoys company while cooking and is happy to share her culinary skills with you. Follow her to the farmers' market in Alaró on Saturdays and be inspired by the fresh ingredients. I had the pleasure of preparing a typical Mallorcan paella with her – accompanied by a beautifully chilled Sa Vall white wine from Miquel Gelabert, it was a delicious experience!
“Spirit of Son Fuster” is rented exclusively with full board and can accommodate up to 20 guests in ten individually designed rooms with private bathrooms. The towels and bed linen are made of Egyptian cotton and offer a special feel-good atmosphere. Several other common rooms are available: a spacious living room with a fireplace and library, two dining rooms, a yoga room, and a home cinema.
Sport and wellness are particularly valued here: Son Fuster offers a spa and wellness area, a yoga room, and a fitness room that will be modernized in 2024 with new equipment. Outdoor enthusiasts can rent e-bikes and explore prepared hiking and trekking trails. Experienced riders can explore the foothills of the Tramuntana mountains on horseback. 

The entire consumption of electricity is covered by the property's own photovoltaic system. Waste is, of course, separated and either recycled or processed into compost for the property's organic garden. We distil and bottle our own drinking water and recycle wastewater for irrigation. The chefs prefer ingredients that are grown on the property or sourced from trusted local suppliers.
Thus, the estate's experienced team offers the services and facilities of a luxury boutique hotel.

Mallorca's beaches, restaurants, and attractions are all relatively quick to reach by rental car.
