The restaurants celebrate the ‘farm to table’ concept. The focus is on organic products from the resort's vegetable garden, selected local farms in the Tuscan Maremma and seasonal products from Italy. Our restaurants also apply the innovative wellbeing method developed by biologist and nutritionist Luca Naitana. The focus is on the Mediterranean diet with fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, white meat and fresh fish. The Dragonfly Bar is the resort's lounge bar, located next to a large white spiral staircase. The extensive sports facilities are dominated by the only Italian PGA-licensed par 71 golf course with a unique location overlooking the Orbetello lagoon. There are also several tennis courts, paddle tennis, hiking and biking trails, and e-bikes for hire. Thanks to the proximity to Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano, there is also a wide range of water sports on offer and the possibility of chartering sailing and motor yachts.
