DESCRIPTION

Villa Zen is an exceptional country house nestled in the rolling hills of Capalbio. It is surrounded by the unspoilt nature of the Tuscan Maremma and is just a few minutes away from the crystal-clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The property perfectly combines contemporary design with authentic Tuscan tradition and is a retreat for guests seeking comfort, elegance and a Mediterranean lifestyle in luxurious privacy. The approximately 700 m² villa can accommodate up to ten people in five stylishly designed double rooms with a total of four bathrooms. The carefully selected furnishings meet the highest standards: fine materials, warm lighting and generous windows create a harmonious connection between the interior and exterior. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a hairdryer and high-quality toiletries. French doors and large window frames allow plenty of daylight to enter and offer views of the Tuscan landscape with its gently rolling hills, centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the property. A chef and other staff are available to provide three meals a day and a cleaning service.

Inside the villa, a spacious, open-plan living area winds its way through elegant living and dining areas that invite socialising. Fine wooden tables, leather furniture, marble elements and stone walls create an atmosphere of timeless sophistication. On cooler evenings, a central fireplace provides cosy warmth and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor is the heart of the home: state-of-the-art appliances, a large dining table and a well-thought-out layout offer the perfect conditions for cooking and enjoying meals together. Upstairs, an exclusive living area with a large smart TV screen invites you to relax. The utility room with washing machine and other appliances is for the exclusive use of the staff. A laundry service is included in the rental price.
The grounds of Villa Zen are impressive, with six hectares of land, manicured gardens, centuries-old olive groves and majestic cypress trees, providing a backdrop straight out of a Renaissance painting. A spacious garden with organic vegetables and herbs creates a natural oasis of calm and invites you to take a stroll.
The centrepiece of the outdoor area is the infinity pool landscape: an 8 × 16 metre pool invites you to enjoy sporting activities. A spacious pergola with comfortable lounge furniture and sun loungers ensures comfort on hot summer days. There are also several outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue area – perfect for convivial evenings under the starry sky.
For sporting activities, there is a Technogym fitness room equipped with state-of-the-art training equipment, a TV screen and a massage corner. The wellness area with indoor pool (heated on request and at an extra charge) offers relaxation and recreation in a stylish ambience. A private tennis court is also part of the property and is ideal for sporting activities under the Mediterranean sun. For convivial afternoons or entertaining evenings, there are various fun areas with, for example, a table tennis table or a restored vintage billiard table.
Villa Zen is only about a ten-minute drive from the fine sandy beaches and the sea of the Maremma. The coast offers a variety of idyllic bathing spots, from lively beaches to quieter bays and unspoilt sections within the Feniglia nature reserve.
The charming medieval town centre of Capalbio, with its narrow streets, traditional trattorias, art galleries and boutiques, is close by and invites you to stroll around. Just a few minutes' drive away, you can explore the world-famous thermal baths of Saturnia and discover numerous historical sites and cultural attractions.
The villa manager will be happy to organise tailor-made services for you: from private cooking classes with Tuscan specialities to wine tastings at local wineries, boat trips along the coast or horse riding and sports activities. He will do everything he can to personalise your stay and give you an authentic insight into the culture and way of life of the region.
