As soon as you enter the unique caldera from the village, you will discover a spectacular bay that stretches for 1.5 km along the authentic-looking coastline. Here you will find two traditional taverns and a modern, lively beach bar café, inviting you to enjoy the best local specialties and soak up the relaxed Cretan atmosphere, just a few steps from the sea.
The villa's elevated position above the water, where sunsets light up the sky and the sea takes on all shades of blue, is a place where you can slow down, breathe deeply, and rediscover yourself.
The heart of the house is a heated infinity pool that blends seamlessly into the horizon. Terraces, sun loungers, and shaded areas invite you to linger and relax. The outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and pizza oven offer the opportunity to prepare and enjoy meals together. A private path leads down to a pebble beach, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or relaxing by the water. The villa impresses with its sophisticated architecture, which lends the spacious, light-flooded rooms a positive, harmonious ambience. A fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fitness room, and a games room round out the offerings. The main house has five bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, while a sixth private guest room with its own entrance is also available.

A housekeeper comes daily for four hours to make sure everything is in order. Upon request and for an additional fee, she will stay longer and prepare your lunch or dinner.
