Casa Brienno is located in the charming village of Brienno on the lake shore with direct access to Lake Como. The small village of Brienno captivates with its stone-paved streets, medieval charm and unspoilt, peaceful atmosphere. The well-maintained house combines traditional architecture with modern comfort. It has a total living area of 180 square metres and is spread over three floors connected by a spiral staircase. The well-maintained interiors offer spectacular panoramic views of the lake. Enjoy unobstructed views of Lake Como from every floor of the house – from the terraced gardens to the upper balconies. The open-plan kitchen with practical pantry, fridge, microwave and dishwasher opens directly onto a shaded outdoor dining area. On the same floor, you will find a sauna with a cosy relaxation area. A spiral staircase leads directly to the main living area with a living room with decorative fireplace and a bright dining area with large windows overlooking the water. On this floor there is a double bedroom with a fireplace, which is for decorative purposes only. The room has a private balcony and a large bathroom with shower. On the top floor there are two further double bedrooms, which share a shower/WC. All bedrooms have double beds (180 x 210 cm), which cannot be separated.
Casa Brienno is nestled in a well-kept garden that extends over several levels. They offer areas for sunbathing, outdoor dining, reading or simply enjoying the view from the hot tub while letting your gaze wander over the lake. The garden on the middle level has a footpath that is occasionally used by neighbours. This discreet and little-used passageway does not affect your privacy or the peaceful atmosphere of the house in any way. The property also has a private terrace on the lake with a hot tub. There are two private parking spaces available on the property: one for a small/medium-sized car and one for bicycles and motorcycles. The city of Como is only 15 km away and offers excellent connections to trains, shops, restaurants and cultural attractions. If you want to explore the lake by boat, the nearest public landing stage with ferry connections to the picturesque towns of Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio and Tremezzo in Argegno is only 3.5 km away and can be reached in about 7 minutes by car.
