DESCRIPTION

In this traditional stone house with a pool and views of nature and the sea, you can enjoy the picturesque landscape of Istria while relaxing with family and friends on the covered terrace. In the garden, there is a large private pool that invites you to sunbathe and relax. Spend a few relaxing days in this comfortable holiday home and experience Istria with all its culinary and scenic delights. In the modern, well-equipped kitchen, you can show off your skills as an amateur chef and spoil your family with delicious meals. Or you can use the barbecue station built into the natural stone exterior. The spacious living room has a modern infotainment system and a wood-burning fireplace that provides cosy warmth on cooler days. The holiday home has three luxurious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, to provide you with maximum comfort and privacy. And if you are not in the kitchen or living room, you can retreat to one of the two bedrooms upstairs. One of them even has its own covered terrace. The house is fully air-conditioned and has underfloor heating. In all bedrooms and in the living room, you can enjoy international digital satellite TV programmes in HD quality. And a stable internet connection is also provided, thanks to the fibre optic WLAN. There are two covered outdoor parking spaces on the fenced and locked property.
