DESCRIPTION

A true paradise awaits you in Pozzillo, near the picturesque town of Acireale. In addition to the beautiful swimming pool and sun terrace, the villa is surrounded by a well-kept, beautiful Mediterranean garden and spacious terraces. The exclusive and inviting interior is very comfortable and extends over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a TV, a modern and well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, a guest toilet, a double room with an en-suite shower and toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, there are three further double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms. Villa Acqua Marina is equipped with many amenities, including air conditioning in all rooms, Wi-Fi and flat-screen TVs. You will also find a dishwasher, an electric and microwave oven, an espresso machine, an American coffee machine and an ice machine in the kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available in the utility room. Private parking is available. Perfect for families and groups of friends, Villa Acqua Marina is also an ideal base for exploring the attractions of eastern Sicily, including Taormina, the Etna Park, Acireale, Aci Trezza, Aci Castello and Catania. The walkway from the property down to the sea is open from mid-June to mid-September.
